Committee to Hear Results of Study on Right-to-Know Law
WHAT: The House Local Government Committee will receive a report from the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee about results of a study it conducted on the fiscal impact of the Right-to-Know Law on municipal governments. The study was authorized by the passage of
House Resolution 50, sponsored by Rep. Kate Harper (R-Montgomery), last year.
WHO: Harper, who also chairs the Local Government Committee; members of the committee; and representatives of the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee.
