Kaufer Announces Committee Assignments for First Term
HARRISBURG – Rep. Aaron Kaufer (R-Luzerne) received his committee assignments for the 2015-16 legislative session in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives this week.
During his first term in office, Kaufer will serve as a member of the House Finance, Health, Aging and Older Adult Services, and Gaming Oversight committees.
“I think I can bring a lot of experience and insight to each of the House committees in which I’ve been assigned,” said Kaufer. “Specifically, I am looking forward to working as a member of the House Finance Committee, as I am continually focused on eliminating the school property tax burden placed on Pennsylvania’s homeowners. I hear about the property tax issue more than any other when meeting with people across the 120th District.”
