Kaufer, Bloom Call for Constitutional Convention to Fix Broken Government

WHAT: State Rep. Aaron Kaufer (R-Luzerne) will host a press conference to detail legislation to reform state government via limited constitutional convention.
 
House Bill 1967, which is co-sponsored by Kaufer, would call for a limited constitutional convention, which could amend the state constitution to address the size of the Legislature, the state budget process and other areas.
 
WHO: Kaufer will be joined by Rep. Stephen Bloom (R-Cumberland), the bill’s prime sponsor.
