: The House Commerce Committee, chaired by Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) will consider legislation that would raise from 25% to 50% the restriction on indoor seating capacity set by Gov. Tom Wolf for restaurants and event venues. In addition to House Bill 2832
, the committee will vote House Bill 2615
, which would create the Small Restaurant Grant Program to assist restaurants impacted by COVID-19. Both pieces of legislation have bipartisan support.
