State Rep. Kristin Phillips-Hill (R-York Township) will be one of the keynote speakers at the Pennsylvania Telephone Association’s annual convention. She will discuss her efforts to bring high speed internet access to unserved and underserved regions of Pennsylvania. This includes the four-bill package of legislation she has co-authored that is moving in the state House.
Phillips-Hill will be joined by Democrat state Rep. Pam Snyder from southwestern Pennsylvania, who is Phillips-Hill’s co-author on the package of legislation.
