Quinn Bill Would Lift Cap on Utility Efficiency Investments

HARRISBURG -- Rep. Chris Quinn (R-Delaware) has introduced legislation to allow public utilities to make greater investments in energy efficiency measures. House Bill 2662 would lift an artificial cap that prohibits public utilities from investing more than 2 percent of revenues into energy efficiency initiatives.

Dowling Announces Multi-Committee, 2020 Vision Summit in Fayette and Somerset Counties
