House Commerce Committee to Consider Bills to Address Fraudulent Transfers and Regulating Mortgage Servicers
WHAT: House Commerce Committee Chairman Brian Ellis (R-Butler) announced a voting meeting to consider the following bills: Senate Bill 629, sponsored by Sen. Guy Reschenthaler (R-37), which addresses fraudulent transfers; and Senate Bill 751, sponsored by Sen. Don White (R-41), which provides for the licensure and regulation of mortgage servicers.
