Topper Takes Oath of Office for New Session
1/1/2019
HARRISBURG – Rep. Jesse Topper (R-Bedford/Franklin/Fulton) was sworn in today to serve his third full term in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

“I am humbled for the opportunity to continue to represent the people of the 78th Legislative District,” Topper said. “To serve as the people’s voice in Harrisburg continues to be a great honor and I will strive to do my very best each and every day on behalf of my constituents.”

During the 2019-20 session, he will continue in his efforts to decrease costs to taxpayers, while promoting a smaller, more efficient government at the state level as well as continuing to assist residents with state-related issues.

“As we embark on the new session, I look forward to working with my colleagues to allow Pennsylvania to continue to prosper,” Topper said. “We will undoubtedly face difficult discussions and decisions and we must approach these challenges not with partisan blinders, but with a focus on finding solutions that benefit all Pennsylvanians.”
