The state House Judiciary Committee approved a resolution Tuesday in Harrisburg to launch an investigation into the conduct and actions of Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane. Judiciary Committee member Rep. Garth Everett (R-Lycoming & Union) who is the prime sponsor of the measure, said that the time has come to clear the air and begin a formal investigation as to whether or not there are sufficient grounds to begin impeachment proceedings against the Attorney General.

Legislation that would remove the monetary limit on payouts for small games of chance was the topic of a recent hearing held by the House Gaming Oversight Committee. Rep.
