Jim Rigby (R-Cambria/Somerset) will host a ceremony to officially dedicate the portion of U.S. Route 219 which crosses Jackson Street in Summerhill Borough, Cambria County, as the Staff Sergeant Paul Regis Wilburn Memorial Bridge. The dedication is the result of legislation introduced by Rigby which became part of Act 140 of 2022.
