WHAT: U.S. Army Sgt. Charles Warsing was killed in action during the Vietnam War in in 1968. To ensure his sacrifice is remembered, the Pennsylvania Route 913 bridge over the Raystown Branch Juniata River in Liberty Township, Bedford County, will be designated as the Sgt. Charles Warsing Memorial Bridge.
