HARRISBURG – To ensure veterans are provided sound support after returning home with severe disabilities and needs, Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware) today promoted the benefits available for veterans through Network for Care in a press conference.

The Network of Care website was originally created to provide mental health consumers and their families with critical treatment information, knowledge and referral empowerment. It has been extended to veterans and their loved ones in Pennsylvania.

“It is only right that we extend this service to our veterans as they are returning home to Pennsylvania after defending and protecting our personal liberties,” Barrar said.
Veterans will now be able to find all services and programs available to them in their home county by visiting networkofcare.org. Treatment information can also be found on the website.

Anyone who has any questions or comments regarding the website is asked to call Barrar’s district office at (610) 358-5925.
