HARRISBURG – State Rep. Mark Gillen (R-Berks/Lancaster) today in Harrisburg released the following statement after voting in favor of the budget bill approved by the state House:

“This legislative starting point invests in education and addresses the Commonwealth's deadly opioid crisis while aligning revenues with spending.

“I am hopeful this early start in the budget process will respect taxpayers and acknowledge the importance of prioritizing public safety and early childhood education.”
