HARRISBURG – State Rep. Greg Rothman (R-Cumberland) today issued the following statement after Gov. Tom Wolf delivered his annual budget address in Harrisburg to a joint session of the state House and Senate:
“Governor Wolf’s budget proposal is a good start. I look forward to reviewing the details.
“I am very wary of the governor’s tax increase proposals. I believe most Pennsylvanians would argue they already pay enough to the Commonwealth.
“I applaud the governor’s desire to make government more efficient. While the details will need to be ironed out, I support the overall goal of streamlining state government.”
