Speaker Turzaiās ABC and Wine Privatization legislation provides consumer convenience, including private sector sales of wine
WHAT: House Speaker Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny) will join Gov. Tom Wolf and area lawmakers for the first wine sales from grocery store shelves in Central Pennsylvania. Permits have been approved so far for more than 100 Pennsylvania grocery stores and other private entities to sell wine as part of privatization measures outlined in Act 39 of 2016.
