WHAT: The House State Government Committee will hold a hearing to discuss
House Resolution 1100, which would direct the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee (LBFC) to conduct a risk-limiting audit of the 2020 election.
WHO: Acting Chairman Rep. Seth Grove (R-Dover) will be joined by the sponsor of the resolution, Rep. Jesse Topper (R-Bedford/Franklin/Fulton), and members of the committee.
WHEN: At the first break of session, which will likely be at about 11:30 a.m.
WHERE: Room 60 of the East Wing in the Capitol.
