WHAT: Rep. Scott Petri (R-Bucks), chairman of the House Urban Affairs Committee, will hold a public hearing in Bucks County on legislation, sponsored by minority chairman Rep. Thomas Caltagirone (D-Berks), to clarify how recorders of deeds may assess fees concerning amendments of declarations for condominiums or planned communities. House Bill 1101 seeks to clarify legislative intent with regard to current law and fairness to those assessed the fees.
