WHAT: The House Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, chaired by Rep. Martin Causer (R-Cameron/McKean/Potter), will meet to consider
House Resolution 616, which calls for a study of the state’s horse racing industry; and
House Bill 1589, which amends the Fiscal Code to transfer funding from the Race Horse Development Fund to support payments to Pennsylvania fairs, PA Veterinary Laboratory System, Animal Health Commission, State Farm Products Show Fund and the State Racing Fund.
