WHAT: Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), majority chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will lead the committee in a vote on two bills to impact the Pennsylvania National Guard and general public:
House Bill 1310, which would protect the identity of a person who makes a call to 911.
Senate Resolution 149, which implores Congress to prohibit force structure changes to the Pennsylvania National Guard which would result in loss of helicopters and personnel.
