House Children and Youth Committee to Consider Background Check Clarification Bill

WHAT: The House Children and Youth Committee, led by Rep. Kathy Watson (R-Bucks/144th), will consider legislation (House Bill 1276) seeking to clarify provisions pertaining to background check and child abuse clearances for employees and adult volunteers who work directly with children.
