House GOP Policy Committee Kicks Off Series of Hearings on Historic Tax Cuts

WHAT:     House Republican Policy Committee Chairman Joshua D. Kail (R-Beaver/Washington) and other lawmakers will host the first in a series of hearings titled “Historic Tax Cuts” to discuss the House Republican tax cut plan (HB 2388) that would reduce the Personal Income Tax and eliminate the Gross Receipts Tax on electricity.

WHO:     Kail; members of the committee; and testifiers Sen. Greg Rothman (R-34); Nathan Benefield, senior vice president, Commonwealth Foundation; and others. 

WHEN:     Tuesday, June 11, at 9 a.m. 

WHERE:     Room 418, House Republican Caucus Room, State Capitol, Harrisburg.
