WHAT: Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will hold a committee meeting to vote on three bills:

House Bill 1878 would expand employment discrimination protections for people who reside or work in the Commonwealth and are members of a National Guard or Reserve unit from another state.
House Bill 2274 would amend Title 35 (Health and Safety) to increase the membership of the Fire Safety Advisory Committee.
Senate Bill 798 would amend the Military Community Enhancement Commission by requiring that the senior level military commission member may also be a one-star or two-star military officer, rather than the current requirement that the position be held by a three-star or four-star military officer.
