CLARION
– Rep. Donna Oberlander (R-Clarion/Armstrong/Forest) officially began duties as a 2015 State Director with Women In Government, following her election to this position by her fellow state legislative colleagues this past year.

“Women In Government congratulates Representative Oberlander in her position as a state director. State directors play a critical role in setting policy priorities for our organization,” said Dyan Alexander, executive director of Women In Government. “Oberlander is a recognized leader in her state, and we are excited that she will now share her leadership skills with other women policymakers throughout the country.”

“We need more women in elected offices and government positions around the country, including Pennsylvania, to bring their perspectives and ideas to the table so that other women can benefit and be encouraged to seek greater roles in their communities and their states,” Oberlander said. “This organization provides a number of resources to women from all over the country, and as a state director, I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with women from around the country and here in Pennsylvania.”
