HARRISBURG – Earlier today, state Rep. Meghan Schroeder (R-Bucks) took the oath of office as state representative of the 29th Legislative District in Bucks County.

“It is such a privilege to serve the great people of Bucks County,” said Schroeder. “My district office is open and ready to serve, and my door is always open to talk with residents about their concerns, questions and ideas.”

Meghan previously worked as a legislative aide and office manager for 10 years for former Rep. Bernie O’Neill. In this capacity, she worked closely with local government officials and small business leaders, as well as thousands of area residents, to learn what issues and concerns are most important to the people of the 29th Legislative District.

Among her top issues are school safety, a quality education for every child, preservation of Pennsylvania’s open space and reduction of the property tax burden plaguing the state’s senior population.

Her district office, located at 755 York Road, Suite 105, in Warminster, is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The telephone number is (215) 441-2624.
