WHAT: Rep. Rosemary M. Brown (R-Monroe/Pike) is the sponsor of House Bill 595, which seeks to improve the process for how certain complaints within residential communities are handled. The bill has made it through both chambers of the Pennsylvania Legislature and has been sent to Gov. Tom Wolf for his signature. Brown is hosting the press conference to encourage the governor to sign the legislation into law to help Pennsylvania residents living in self-governing communities.
