WHAT: Rep. Rob Kauffman (R-Franklin) will lead the House Labor and Industry Committee in a public hearing on the issue of harassment and sexual misconduct in the workplace.

WHO: Kauffman and members of the committee. Testifiers in the morning session will include Donna Greco, policy director, PA Coalition Against Rape; Oana Nechita, counselor, NOVA Network of Victim Assistance; Terry L. Fromson, managing attorney, Women’s Law Project; Eric Meyer, partner, FisherBroyles, LLP; Larry Weisberg, partner, McCarthy Weisberg Cummings, P.C.; and Theresa Mongiovi, partner, Brubaker Connaughton Goss & Lucarelli LLC. The afternoon session will include the following lawmakers discussing legislation: Reps. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) and Donna Oberlander (R- Clarion/Armstrong/Forest), House Resolutions 828 and 829; Rep. Leanne Krueger-Braneky (D-Delaware), House Bill 1965; Rep. Margo Davidson (D-Delaware), House Bill 2286; Rep. Maureen Madden (D-Monroe), House Bills 1971 and 2280; and Rep. Christopher Rabb (D-Philadelphia), House Bill 2282. Also in the afternoon the following will provide testimony: Michael Hardiman, acting executive director, PA Human Relations Commission; Beverly Hudson, deputy secretary, Department of General Services; and Michael Torchia, managing member, Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia LLC.
