WHAT: Rep. James R. Santora (R-Delaware) is holding a press conference to unveil his bill that would amend the Good Samaritan Law to require anyone who receives a life-saving dose of Narcan to meet with a certified recovery specialist or physician to be released without charges. The intent of the bill is to provide one more opportunity for people who have overdosed to receive treatment.
