WHAT: With Election Day rapidly approaching, House State Government Committee Chairman Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) will convene a crucial and timely public hearing to receive testimony and discuss the latest evidence of illegal voting and voter registrations by foreign nationals in Pennsylvania.

WHO: The hearing will feature presentations by Commissioner Jonathan Marks, Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation, Pennsylvania Department of State; Vice Chair Al Schmidt, Philadelphia City Commissioners; Noel Johnson, Public Interest Legal Foundation; and Linda Kerns, Esq., Law Offices of Linda A. Kerns, LLC.

Additionally, former Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro Cortés, who abruptly resigned on October 11, received an invitation by certified mail to testify.
