WHAT: State Reps. Jared Solomon (D-Philadelphia) and John Taylor (R-Philadelphia) will hold a news conference to discuss legislation that was written to address chronic nuisance issues that are plaguing communities throughout the Commonwealth.

House Bills 1812 and 1813 were both co-sponsored by Solomon and Taylor. The legislation would address chronic nuisance issues that cause problems for downtowns and neighborhoods throughout Pennsylvania, increasing penalties and fines and remitting a portion of the additional fines back to the municipalities for litter remediation efforts.
