WHAT: Rep. Kate Klunk (R-Hanover) will hold a press conference in support of her lethality assessment legislation,
House Bill 175. The bill will be known as Laurie and Barbara’s Law in memory of Laurie Kuykendall and Barbara Shrum, who were murdered during a domestic dispute in York County.
WHO: Rep. Kate Klunk (R-Hanover) will be joined by members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, the law enforcement community, staff of the Hanover YWCA, family of domestic violence victims and those who work against domestic violence.
WHEN: Tuesday, Aug. 8., at 10 a.m.
