HARRISBURG – The House Professional Licensure Committee today passed Rep. Sue Helm’s (R-Dauphin/Lebanon) bill, House Bill 21, which would amend the Engineer, Land Surveyor and Geologist Registration Law to require the licensure of home inspectors. Currently, this is the only unregulated profession in the home buying process.
