Delozier to Push for Victims’ Bill of Rights

WHAT: Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) will join victims advocates in calling for passage of Marsy’s Law. This amendment would revise the state’s constitution to include provisions providing specific protections to individual victims as their cases are adjudicated. It passed once during the 2017-18 legislative session, but must be approved a second time in order to be placed on the ballot for ratification by the voters.
