Gillespie Elected Chair of PA Delegation to Chesapeake Bay Commission

HARRISBURG, PA – Rep. Keith Gillespie (R-York) was elected chair of the Pennsylvania Delegation to the tri-state Chesapeake Bay Commission for 2022. Gillespie’s district includes several communities in eastern York County, part of an area identified as “Tier 1” for action under the Commonwealth’s plan to reduce nutrient and sediment pollution to the bay.

House Bill 1665 would nullify certain indemnity clauses in snow removal contracts, said the legislation’s sponsor, Rep. Chris Quinn (R-Delaware).
