Rapp Votes Against Bill Boosting Fines, Regulations on PA Pools

WARREN — Rep. Kathy L. Rapp (R-Warren/Crawford/Forest), Republican chair of the House Health Committee, voted against a bill that would require further regulations on public swimming pools and splash pads in Pennsylvania. House Bill 1565 would also replace the current one-time $10 fee for pool permits with a recurring annual fee of at least $100.

House Approves Topper Bill to Increase Learning Flexibility

Jesse Topper (R-Bedford/Fulton) to change the instructional time requirement to 180 days or 990 secondary and 900 elementary hours.

Stop the Raid on the PA Game Fund

School Leaders Back Nelson, White Bill to Replace PSSA Testing
