Pugh to Host Community Shredding Event May 3

LUZERNE – In an effort to help residents easily dispose of documents with personal and sensitive information, Rep. HARRISBURG – Rep. Aaron Bernstine (R-Butler/Lawrence) today announced the Portersville Muddy Creek Township Volunteer Fire Department has been approved for an $81,740 loan from the Office of the State Fire Commissioner. The funding will support the purchase of a Ford E350 Crestline CCL150 ambulance, significantly enhancing the department’s emergency response capabilities.

HARRISBURG – The state House has unanimously approved legislation authored by state Rep. Kerry Benninghoff (R-Centre/Mifflin) that would expand the number of documents which are eligible for use as part of applying for a REAL ID. House Bill 238 now moves to the state Senate for consideration.
