HARRISBURG – Rep. Bernie O’Neill (R-Bucks) has been appointed to serve on the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA), the nonprofit student aid organization. As one of eight House appointees to the 20-member PHEAA board, O’Neill will be responsible for helping to oversee how the college grants and loan programs are administered.
